1. Since all of the products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges if an item is damaged during delivery or defective as a result of craftsmanship, customers must notify Two Dozen within 7 days of receiving items to arrange return.
2. Unfortunately we do not cover the postage cost if an item needs to be returned for exchange. The re-delivery cost however will be free of charge.
3. Two Dozen reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product returned is not in its original condition.
